Omer Coaches came from my own recruiting experience. When I was going through the process, I was in the same position as a lot of the athletes I help today. I was waiting for coaches to hit me up, not knowing where to start, who to reach out to, or what I should even be saying. My recruiting process was slow, and I didn't really have anybody there to guide me.
My family even paid a big recruiting company thinking they would help, and we walked away feeling like we paid a lot of money without getting the real help or personal attention we were looking for.
I eventually had to figure the process out myself, and that experience is why I started Omer Coaches. I want every athlete to feel heard, supported, and like somebody is actually in their corner. Omer Coaches is about giving athletes the guidance I wish I had and helping them create opportunities instead of waiting for opportunities to find them.
